I see a lot of people from before season 2 came out and I will say that after season 2, I think people will actually have some sympathy for Amber. They definitely tried to "fix" her behavior this season and they're also giving real reasons as to why she and Mark can't be together and why she might be upset since her boyfriend is gone for months, she is caught in the crossfire such as with Anissa, and she can't help him if something goes wrong. Just looking back in retrospect to compare Amber from season 1 to 2 and how it can help make the abuse storyline have more effect and resonate a bit better.
